Sposób przygotowania
Put the water into the bowl. Dissolve yeast and sugar. Let it stand for 5 minutes.
Place the egg, olive oil and gently mix to combine.
Gradually place the flour and salt.
Knead until you have smooth and elastic dough.
Cover and let rise for 30-40min or until doubled.
Put the dough on work surface and form 10-12 circular buns.
Place them on a baking sheet, cover and let rise again.
Gently brush each one with egg and sprinle with sesame seeds.
Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
